What is Foundation?
Foundation is a small software studio that builds automation and custom software for mortgage brokerages across Canada, and works only with mortgage brokerages. We take the repetitive work off your team: borrower follow-ups, chasing documents and typing the same information into more than one system.

Which loan software and CRMs do you work with?
We connect the tools brokerages already use, including Encompass, Arive and LendingPad for loan origination and Salesforce for client relationships, along with spreadsheets and email. If your brokerage uses something else, bring it up in the walk-through.
Do you build custom software too?
Yes. Beyond automation, we build tools around the way your team works, such as a portal where borrowers upload documents, sign and check their loan online. You own what we build.
